What would you like to see in an Evaluation Workbook?

I am putting together an Evaluation Workbook. Practical projects that Toastmasters can use to improve their evaluation skills.
If there’s something you would like to see in such a workbook, please comment and let me know. Anything goes at this point

I would like to learn some techniques to self-assess my evaluation. For example, if I give an evaluation in a Toastmasters club and the General Evaluator white washes my evaluation, how can I better grade myself?
