One of the most amazing aspects of Toastmasters is that it promotes a culture of feedback.  Feedback is something that most people shy away from.  Toastmasters helps you by making it acceptable to give feedback to your peers.

Sometimes, receiving feedback is the hardest part.  A willingness to take a look at feedback is all it needs to get started on the path to improvement.
