The alternate phrase you used "constructive feedback" is all that is ever necessary. Everyone knows what feedback means and lets face it, it never carries the negative connotation of "CRITICISM". No matter what word you make as a prefix to criticism, it still criticizes, and that just ain't feedback. I vote we do away with the words criticism and critique!
